Events Administration Officer

The Firm :


A Technical Events Company in Johannesburg is looking for a highly efficient Administration Officer to assist with operational tasks, organise documents and manage the event accounts.


The Job :


The successful candidate will be expected to be :


  • Confident to follow up on accounts

  • Highly organised to keep filing systems up to date

  • Effective in compiling Event Summaries

  • Able to assist with managing the office


Minimum Requirements : The ideal candidate is :


  • Positive, energetic and enthusiastic

  • Has uncompromised levels of Integrity

  • Passionate about the events industry

  • Highly computer literate

  • Excellent inter-personal skills

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Able to work independently


The Compensation : Hourly Rate


Job Type : Temporary


Required experience : Secretarial / Administrative position : 5 years


Required license or certification : Own transport with valid Driver’s License essential
